Are We Cleansing our Body!?
I try to do a detox once a month for a couple days.I don’t have a set routine, but I like the idea of taking a couple days out of the month to give back to my body. Pictured Above:Turmeric, Cayenne pepper, Honey ,Lemon & Applecider Vinegar.
The combination of the 4 is a great way to cleanse our internal organs! Each item is packed with elements that Assists in purifying the blood stream and riding toxins. Should be taken before bed & or Early Mornings. There’s so many natural healing elements of the earth and I’m still discovering them!
